San Diego based Earthoid an Energy Saving Search Engine has migrated it's core search technology to the all new Yahoo! BOSS (Build your Own Search Service) open search web services platform.
Prior to migrating to the BOSS platform, Earthoid was running on the Yahoo! Development Platform. In the next coming months Earthoid will be releasing an all new search service which will introduce many Web 2.0-3.0 technologies.
Migrating from the Developer Platform to the more robust BOSS will allow Earthoid to introduce more refined and robust services. Earthoid was founded in 1999 and was one of the first mobile search engines in the world.
